In addition to all the sincere, heartfelt reasons, there is the undeniable fact that children are completely hilarious.
One of my students tonight told me that he knew the Hail Mary, because he's been saying it every night before bed.
To demonstrate his knowledge of the prayer, he began to recite it to the class:
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of they womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Oh, LOL!!! What age are you teaching? That sounds a little more advanced than my four-year-old and his "Hail Mary and Gracie. Ummmm, Love you Jesus. Amen"
Awww...that's so cute!
I'm teaching first grade. They are SO funny.
lol. Recently Christopher has started saying Amen after every prayer.
How cute! Younger kids are so much easier to teach then the older ones.
